Always fails on android
Couldn't pair the vibratory pads from within the app or using Android Bluetooth settings. Also the registration confirmation email never arrived, so I couldn't log in to use the app. Deserves 0 stars. Luckily the walking boots these came with were heavily discounted and I bought them for the price, not for this gimmickery.
Absolutely rubbish. Keeps disconnecting from the pods and doesn't track. Considering how expensive the trainers with the pods were I am disgusted!!!
Had lot of issues with the app crashing regularly. App seems to have gotten multiple updates and both app and product seem to be working nicely.
Hi,faced major issues with the app when android 8.0 oreo update was released.The Bluetooth refused to identify the pods.The issue seems to have been fixed with the latest update as the connecting process and app seems to be running effortlessly
My pods were not connecting initially. Customer care executive was very helpful in pointing out that it is important for the pods to be fully charged before the first pairing. I charged the pods and tried connecting again. Product and app are working smoothly now.
